Instructions
1. Forward the filled in Examination application
forms arranged examination-wise / batch
wise / scheme wise. The statement showing the non
appearance of candidates
in any subjects
should be sent separately.
2. The filled in Examination application forms
properly signed and affixed with the latest stamp size photographs should reach
the Registrar [Evaluation] on or
before the specified
dates, by Insured
Post or Courier.
The Principals of
Colleges/Institutes should collect the
fee from each candidate and send a challan
/ remit through online
payment gateway of fees for the consolidated amount in
favour of the
Registrar [Eval.], draw from any
branches of State Bank of Mysore along with the statement showing the
details of Names of the Candidates, Register
Numbers, subject appearing
and fees paid etc., “In Triplicate”.
Please notify all University
Communications especially this Examination Notification prominently on the
Notice Boards of the Institution for the benefit of the students.
