Income Tax Department Recruitment 2012 – Various Vacancies: Income Tax Department has issued notification against recruitment of Sportspersons to the posts of Tax Assistants, Notice Servers and Multi Tasking Staff in the office of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax , Kolkata, West Bengal region. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 30-04-2012. IT Department Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 23
Names of Posts:
1. Tax Assistant – 03 vacancies
2. Notice Server – 05 vacancies
3. Multi Tasking Staff – 15 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18-27 years for the post of Tax Assistant and Notice Server and for Multi Tasking Staff, between 18-25 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 31-03-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: For Tax Assistant, Degree of recognized University and for Notice Server and Multi Tasking Staff, Matriculation or equivalent.

Selection Process: Initially candidates’ performance in Interview-cum-Personality Test will be tested followed by Ground/Proficiency Test and finally Computer Skill Test.

How to Apply: Candidates must download the application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, super scribe the Name of the Post to be applied for on the envelope, attach photograph, attest signature and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates to the following address, Additional Commissioner of Income-Tax (Hqrs-Personnel), Room No. 14, Aayakar Bhawan, P-7, Chowringhee Square, Kolkata – 700 069, on or before 30-04-2012.
